Copyright Policy
At Paradym.ai, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This copyright policy outlines our procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement on our platform.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our platform, please follow the instructions below to notify us of the claimed infringement:
- Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
- Identify the material that you claim is infringing and provide sufficient information to allow us to locate the material, such as a URL or a screenshot.
- Provide your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Once we receive a valid copyright infringement notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the alleged infringer of the claim and their obligations under copyright law.
If the alleged infringer believes that their use of the material is permitted by law or falls under a fair use exception, they may submit a counter-notification to us, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). The counter-notification should include the following:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the alleged infringer has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- The alleged infringer’s name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that the alleged infringer consents to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in which their address is located, or if outside the United States, in any judicial district in which Paradym.ai may be found, and that the alleged infringer will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or their agent.
Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the copyright owner who submitted the original infringement notification. If the copyright owner does not file a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringer from engaging in the infringing activity within 10 business days, we will restore the removed or disabled material.
